The main service we deliver is defined as a programmed/scheduled lighting and preventative maintenance. We engage with our customers to attend their site/s on an agreed schedule usually on a monthly or bi-monthly basis by undertaking a full walk through inspection of lighting in the nominated areas of their property or tenancy.

We at CLS do not charge on an hourly basis, but offer a service whereas a set flat fee is established for the walk through inspection. It is irrelevant if the inspection takes 1 hour or 4 hours the same flat fee would apply.

If no lamp/s are replaced when the inspection is completed, then only the inspection fee applies. Any lamps replaced are invoiced at the agreed price rate above the inspection fee.

Furthermore, for customers that opt to have CLS provide an ongoing monthly or bi-monthly service, an additional service is provided whereas we undertake a night inspection approximately every 12 weeks to check any external night lighting. Once again a flat fee is established for this service starting from as little as $25.00 plus gst. No per hour or after hour labour rates apply just the cost of any lamp/s replaced and any hired equipment (i.e. special ladders) should they be required.
